Our mission is to empower children and youth with high morals and empowering skills, and influence their behavior to be positive and capable to achieve their goals and be what they want 2B.


2B Purpose

The goal for 2B is to be always the guider, helper, and the advisor for the children and youth by creating programs, that will concentrate on children and youth development including their surrounding environments such as schools and parents at home.

Co-Founder and President of TO BE OR NOT TO BE Organization

Mr. Maeen has an excellent experience in management due to his positions he was hired in. He was hired as mangers for several times. He was pervious executive manager, and plant manager at United Cleaning Products Manufacturing Ltd. Also, as general manager in Royal Group Company. Further as an IT manager in Arraafah Corporation.

Mr. Maeen is a leader. He has an impressive communication skills. He has a deep believe in his idea, and a strong passion. He is turning this idea to a reality will surrounded our community.

Co-Founder and CEO of TO BE OR NOT TO BE Organization

Mr. Aref has an experience with proven team leadership and management, excellent proficiency and knowledge in strategic planning, effective communications, negotiations, analytical expertise, and hard working.

He has PhD in World Economics, and master’s in Engineer Economist in Mining. He hold many positions in Gas Ministry.

Mr. Burhan is an entrepreneur. He is a member in founding VANGUARDS Entrepreneurship & Business Development Club. Also, he is the founder of Mocha beans Café. Mr. Burhan has Bachelor degree of science in banking and finance.

Mr. Burhan encourage the idea of 2B because he knows the importance of building a strong community from the start. Also, he has confidence that this is one of the development that any country needs to pursue in human capital investment.
